How Marlowr protects your business information.
Marlowr helps small and growing businesses understand their marketing, organize their goals, and create practical growth plans. To do that well, you may share business context with us: your website, goals, marketing history, uploaded assets, campaign notes, analytics summaries, and workspace activity.
We treat that information as private business data. Your business context belongs to you. We use it to provide the Marlowr experience, not to sell your data or act without your approval.

What you may share
The standard Growth Plan and workspace are designed around business context, not highly sensitive personal or regulated information.
- Business profile details such as name, location, industry, and service area.
- Your website or public business links.
- Marketing goals, constraints, channels, and history.
- Uploaded files, creative assets, notes, screenshots, or campaign context you choose to add.
- Analytics summaries, plan history, workspace notes, and support context.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to create and maintain the experience you requested.
- Create your Growth Plan.
- Preserve your workspace history so Next Moves have context.
- Provide support or expert review when you request it.
- Improve reliability, product quality, and security.
What Marlowr does not do
- We do not sell your business data.
- We do not ask for passwords or shared login credentials.
- We do not need payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, tax documents, medical records, or full financial statements for the standard Growth Plan.
- Marlowr does not automatically publish content, launch ads, change your website, or spend money without your approval.
AI usage
Marlowr uses AI to help analyze business context, organize information, and draft Next Moves. AI output is advisory. It does not get unchecked authority to publish, spend, edit accounts, or make business changes on your behalf.
Account connections
Today, Flow 1 uses public lookup and optional context you choose to provide. When private integrations arrive, Marlowr should use OAuth rather than password sharing, request limited permissions for the feature you choose, and require your approval before taking action.
